DENISON, TEXAS — A joint venture between 2GR Equity, Preston Forrest Capital and Cross Development is underway on construction of The Katy at Waterloo Trails, a 236-unit multifamily project in Denison, about 75 miles north of Dallas. The site is located within the Waterloo Trails master-planned development, and the property will offer amenities such as a pool, fitness center, business center, a community kitchen and dog parks. Information on floor plans was not disclosed. Completion is slated for late 2027.
