According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1998 and totals 82,545 square feet. Brian Pafford and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Kennington Research LLC, in the lease negotiations. Grace Bowers of Colliers represented the tenant.
