Ernest Brown of Kennedy Wilson represented the seller, Firstmark Credit Union. Bruce Nakfoor, a local real estate developer, was the buyer. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use complex comprised primarily of retail and multifamily developments. A residential community surrounds the property.
