KOHL’S ACQUIRES 970,000-SQUARE-FOOT DISTRIBUTION CTR. IN THE INLAND EMPIRE

SAN BERNARDINO, CALIF. –– Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated Kohl’s purchase of Gateway South, a 970,000-square-foot distribution center located at 825 East Central Ave. in San Bernardino, for an undisclosed price. The facility offers immediate access to Interstates 215 and 10. Cushman & Wakefield’s Phil Lombardo and John McMillan represent the buyer, and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mike McCrary and Peter McWilliams represented the seller.
