DALLAS — Lee & Associates has brokered the sale of a 25,000-square-foot industrial flex building in northeast Dallas. The building at 10999 Petal St. was originally constructed in 1985 and features 24-foot clear heights. Taylor Stell and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer and sales price were also not disclosed.
