According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 4039 Rock Quarry Road was built in 2000 and spans 239,134 square feet. Adam Graham and Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Prologis, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the tenant were not disclosed.
