The 60-month lease is valued at $2.44 million. The tenant is expanding its space to occupy an entire building from 24,406 square feet. Jeff Saywitz of The Saywitz Company represented the tenant; Bill Dolan and Chris Pascale of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, HG Fenton Co., in the deal.
