GLENDALE, ARIZ. — Lincoln Property Co. has sold the final two industrial buildings at Park303 logistics park in Glendale. Nuveen Real Estate, a leading global investment manager, acquired the assets for $170.2 million. The transaction represents the last of the four buildings sold at Park303, a 210-acre, 3.75 million-square-foot logistics campus along Loop 303 freeway and Glendale Avenue.
This transaction includes Park303 Phase 2 – Building A, totaling 629,835 square feet and fully leased to DHL, and Park303 Phase 2 – Building B, totaling 483,000 square feet and fully leased to Logisticus Group LLC. Completed in 2025, Park303 Phase 2 includes three buildings totaling 2.5 million square feet. The phase’s Building C sold in October 2025 to Dollar Tree $147 million.
Completed in late 2020, Park303 Phase 1 totals 1.25 million square feet and is fully occupied under a long-term lease by Walmart. The building was purchased by BentallGreenOak in 2021 for $186 million.
Buildings at Park303 feature 40-foot clear heights, 25-foot tall glass entries, up to 12,000 amps of power, 7-inch slabs over 4 inches of crushed rock and a steel moment frame shear bracing needed to support highly modern, automated racking and picking equipment. Additionally, large 5-foot by 10-foot clerestory windows run along the building’s interior, proving access to sky views and natural light.
