The net-leased building is located at 6929 Silverton Ave. near Mercy Health Hospital. Austin Weisenbeck, Sean Sharko and Daniel Chumbley of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. The asset sold to an out-of-state buyer.
