Marcus & Millichap Arranges $3.4M Sale of Raising Cane’s in Arizona

CASA GRANDE, ARIZ. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.4 million sale of a 3,616-square-foot, net-leased property occupied by Raising Cane’s in Casa Grande.

Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, an undisclosed developer, and secured and represented the buyer, an undisclosed limited liability company, in the transaction.
