DENVER — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Monaco South, a 220-unit workforce housing property in Denver. Greg Parker and Jason Hornik of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller in the deal. Terms of the transaction were not released.
Monaco South features convenient access to major employment centers, regional transportation corridors and a broad range of retail, dining and recreational amenities.
