GRAIN VALLEY, MO. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Creekside Village, a 31-unit multifamily property in Grain Valley near Kansas City. Jacob Carroll and Aaron Kuroiwa of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Creekside SPE – Apartments LLC, and procured the buyer, a Kansas City-based investor. Built in 2007, the property features one- and two-bedroom units totaling 28,055 rentable square feet.
