LACEY, WASH. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of St. Martin’s Center, a retail asset located in Lacey. A limited liability company sold the property to an undisclosed buyer for $3.5 million.
Located at 1225 Ruddell Road SE, the property features 35,942 square feet of retail space.
