FLEMINGTON, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $4.7 million sale of Hunterdon Commons, a 57,935-square-foot retail center in the Northern New Jersey community of Flemington. The center was built on 5.9 acres in 1989 (renovated in 2017) and was 97 percent leased to 13 tenants at the time of sale. Brent Hyldahl and Alan Cafiero of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a family office, in the transaction and procured the undisclosed buyer.
