ATHENS, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of North Loop Mini Warehouses, a 277-unit self-storage facility in Athens, about 75 miles southeast of Dallas. The facility was built on 7.6 acres in 1994 and spans 53,812 net rentable square feet. Danny Cunningham and Brandon Karr of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local family, in the transaction and procured the buyer, a California-based private investor. Both parties requested anonymity.
