PRINCETON, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 28-unit multifamily and retail portfolio in Princeton for $3.97 million. The properties are located at 114 Witherspoon St. and consist of 25 apartments and three retail spaces. Occupancy was 100 percent at the time of closing. Charlie Classen and Ken Wellar of Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office represented the seller, a private partnership, and the buyer, a private investor.
