ANAHEIM, CALIF. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $12.3 million sale of Villa Samoa, a 46-unit apartment complex located at 2856 West Lincoln Ave. in West Anaheim. Tyler Leeson and Matthew Kipp of Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer’s identity also was not disclosed.
Built in 1964, Villa Samoa is situated on a 3.2-acre parcel and consists of 12 single-story buildings. Each residence features a private patio, and community amenities include garage and surface parking. The buyer plans to renovate the property.
