NATICK, MASS. — Parsons Commercial Group has sold an office building in Natick to Waltham, Mass.-based Legacy Real Estate Ventures for $3.5 million. The two-story, 30,000-square-foot property is located at 11 Huron Drive. Locally-based Middlesex Bank provided acquisition financing.
