LARGO, FLA. — MCB Real Estate has acquired Keene Plaza, an 81,272-square-foot shopping center located at 2150 E. Bay Drive in Largo, roughly 23 miles northeast of Tampa. The seller and sales price were not disclosed. Sprouts Farmers Market and BioLife Plasma Services anchor the retail property, which features a mix of additional tenants such as McDonald’s, Little Caesars, Dollar General, Hibachi Express, The Corner Skillet and Corner Wash Laundry. Renovated in 2025, recent improvements at the retail center include fresh building façades, resurfaced parking facilities, enhanced lighting, modernized retail suite interiors, updated mechanical systems and new roof installations.
