MCCARTHY BUILDING COMPANIES INC. COMPLETES $12.3 MILLION PARKING STRUCTURE

SANTA BARBARA, CALIF. — McCarthy Building Companies Inc. has completed the San Clemente Parking Structure, a 785-stall parking structure for the University of California at Santa Barbara’s San Clemente Studio Housing project in Santa Barbara. Located near the west entrance of campus on Stadium Road, the $12.3 million structure comprises 271,680 square feet. The Los Angeles office of Harley Ellis Devereaux provided design services for the project.
