LUBBOCK, TEXAS — Houston-based developer McGrath Real Estate has completed the lease-up of The Wyatt, a 736-bed student housing project near Texas Tech University in Lubbock. The Wyatt, which is 100 percent occupied, offers one- through five-bedroom units that range in size from 570 to 2,041 square feet. Amenities include a pool, pickleball courts, an outdoor amphitheater, business center, fitness center, coworking space and pet-friendly facilities, as well as shuttle service to campus.
