Justin Miller and Dave Knobler of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. Knobler and Miller secured the buyer, a limited liability company, as well. Sheahan Self Storage is located at 11712 N. Lamar Blvd. in Austin.
