Ford Braly of the Silva multifamily team in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an individual California investor. Juan Cuevas and Lucas Fertitta of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office secured the buyer, a private out-of-state investor. Crescent Ridge is located at 506 N. Rogers Road along Irving Boulevard.
