HOUSTON — Locally based brokerage firm Moody Rambin has arranged the sale of Bennington Business Park, a 33,000-square-foot industrial complex located in the Independence Heights area of Houston. The complex spans 1.3 acres and includes traditional warehouse and small-bay industrial space. Stephen Ghedi and Lawton Anderson of Moody Rambin represented the seller, locally based investment firm Crescere Capital Management, in the transaction. The buyer was Rivergate Capital.
