NAI Capital Negotiates Sale of 15.8-Acre Private School Campus in Chatsworth, California


Located at 21523 Rinaldi St. in Chatsworth, Calif., DNA Pre Academy will offer focused student-athlete development for students in grades sixth through eighth.

CHATSWORTH, CALIF. — NAI Capital has arranged the sale of a 15.8-acre private school campus in Chatsworth. Manifest Point LLC acquired the property from Chatsworth Hills Academy for $9 million.

Located at 21523 Rinaldi St. in West Fernando Valley, the property includes 16 buildings, totaling approximately 22,000 square feet, a cafeteria, kitchen, swimming pools, soccer fields, basketball courts, secure parking lots with gated access and a two-bed/two-bath headmaster’s house. The asset also includes a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade conditional use permit for up to 420 students.

The new owners plan to relocate DNA Prep Academy onto the campus. DNA Prep Academy is a middle school focused on student-athlete development for students in grades six through eight. Additionally, the buyers plan to add a weight room, swimming pool and football stadium to the campus.

Chatsworth Hills Academy will relocate to Granada Hills in August and become Granada Preparatory School.
