NASHVILLE, TENN. — A new group called Net Lease Alliance, headquartered in Nashville, has been established by veteran real estate specialists to partner with small and medium sized developers and brokers of net lease and build-to-suit properties. Net Lease Alliance will provide access to and management of the appropriate capitalization mix, comprehensive legal services, end-to-end site development services, design and construction services, property management, marketing services and asset placement, with no out-of-pocket costs to the developer or broker. Additional offices will be located in Montgomery, Ala., and Phoenix.
