BURLESON, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of the 4,921-square-foot Christian Brothers Automotive store between two private parties for an undisclosed amount. The brand-new property, which is located at 350 NW John Jones Drive, is leased to the tenant for 15 years. The firm's John Erthein and Mark Thiel represented the buyer. Jason Vitorino and Philip Levy of the firm's Dallas office represented the seller.
