GRAND JUNCTION, COLO. — Newmark has arranged $45.9 million in FHA-insured financing for two apartment communities in Grand Junction. Kelley Klobetanz of Newmark arranged the HUD Section 223(f) financings on behalf of the undisclosed borrowers.
The properties include Nexus Apartments, a 122-unit asset completed in 2024, and The Eddy Apartments, a 96-unit property completed in 2022. Nexus Apartments features a mix of walk-up apartment buildings and townhome-style residences, a clubhouse, lounge, game room, community garden, barbecue area and outdoor gathering spaces. Located along the Colorado River, The Eddy offers riverfront trail access and amenities through a shared-use agreement with the adjacent Camp Eddy RV park.
