CHARLOTTE, N.C. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged approximately $2.9 million to refinance Mallard Professional Center, a 31,500-square-foot office building in Charlotte. Kevin Jenkins of NorthMarq's Charlotte office arranged the five-year loan with a 20-year amortization schedule through an unnamed credit union.
