WHEAT RIDGE, COLO. — NorthPeak Commercial Advisors has arranged the sale of a 12-unit apartment building located at 3010-3050 Gray St. and 5851-5855 W. 30th Ave. in Wheat Ridge. The asset traded for $2.2 million, or $185,000 per unit. The names of the buyer and seller were not released.
