SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY. — Olympus Ventures has acquired a two-property industrial portfolio in Shepherdsville spanning nearly 1.5 million square feet. John Huguenard, Sean Devaney and Will McCormack of JLL represented the seller, EQT Exeter, in the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.
Situated adjacent to an I-65 interchange about 16 miles south of Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, the portfolio comprises Derby Logistics Building 1 (524,604 square feet) and Derby Logistics Building 2 (974,049 square feet). Both buildings were delivered in 2022 on a speculative basis.
