Opus Breaks Ground on 65,000 SF Build-to-Suit for Viking Industrial Painting in Omaha

OMAHA, NEB. — Opus has broken ground on a 65,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Viking Industrial Painting in Omaha. The project, located in Rainwood Industrial Park, will serve as the 25-year-old company’s new headquarters and operations base. Viking Industrial Painting specializes in inspecting, painting and maintaining municipal water towers and maintains six regional offices across the country. Opus is the developer and design-builder on the project. Completion is slated for July 2027.
