PALM HARBOR, FLA. — Colliers International has arranged the $8.4 million sale of the Commons at Twin Lakes, located at 31958 U.S. Highway 19 N. in Palm Harbor. Outback Steakhouse anchors the 53,000-square-foot retail center, which features tenants such as Massimo's Eclectic Fine Dining, North Pinellas Children's Medical Center and Select Medical Rehab. The property is 98 percent leased. Mike Milano and Ron Schultz of Colliers International's Tampa Bay office represented the seller, Commons at Twin Lakes LLC, in the transaction. Jim Michalak of Plaza Advisors Inc. represented the buyer, Realty Financial Corp.

NASHUA, N.H. — Linear Retail Properties LLC has acquired Daniel Webster Crossing, a 28,030-square-foot shopping center in Nashua for $6.2 million. Panera Bread, Jos. A. Bank and T-Mobile anchor the property, which is located at 8 Spit Brook Road, about 18 miles south of Manchester. Daniel Webster Crossing is Linear Retail’s fourth acquisition in the Daniel Webster shopping district. The shopping center has 11,302 square feet of space available for lease. Joel Kadis, partner of leasing, and Evan Eisenhardt, leasing representative, at Linear Retail will handle the leasing at the newly acquired center. George Kobaly of GEM Realty represented the seller of Daniel Webster Crossing.

WELLS, MAINE — Fantini & Gorga has arranged a $4.9 million loan for the refinancing of a freestanding CVS/pharmacy in Wells, located about 33 miles south of Portland. Casimir Groblewski, managing director at Fantini & Gorga, represented Wells Realty LP, an affiliate of a Massachusetts-based development company, in the transaction. A regional financial institution provided the loan. The 13,225-square-foot building is located at 924 Post Road near I-95. It features a double-lane drive thru, one-hour photo lab, high volume pharmacy layout and more than 50 parking spaces.

ATHENS, GA. — Benning Construction Co., a regional general contractor, has broken ground on Epps Bridge Centre, a 68-acre retail and entertainment project located in Oconee County, minutes away from the University of Georgia in Athens. The project is located at the intersection of Paul Broun Parkway and the Oconee Connector. Epps Bridge Centre is the largest retail development begun in Georgia in nearly a decade, according to Benning Construction. The project's developer is Atlanta-based The Bishop Co. Several retailers have agreed to anchor the development, including Dick's Sporting Goods, Marshalls, PetSmart, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Ulta and Georgia Theatre Co.'s new flagship theater — the 16-screen GTC University 16 Cinemas.

WAUWATOSA, WIS. — HSA Commercial Real Estate has finalized leases with Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Old Navy and Carter’s for The Mayfair Collection, a 270,000-square-foot shopping center development in Wauwatosa, a western suburb of Milwaukee. The project, which broke ground in April, already has lease commitments with Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Ulta Beauty. Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH has 67 stores, and The Mayfair Collection store will be its first in Wisconsin. The store’s grand opening is slated for spring 2014.

HOUSTON — Deals are in place for three new Houston metro locations of Dunkin’ Donuts, which recently announced its commitment to open a minimum of 60 locations in the area within the next five years. AUBURN, N.Y. — CountryMax Stores plans to open a new 22,000-square-foot store in Auburn, located about 28 miles west of Syracuse. The retailer has purchased a 3.5-acre parcel at the Clinton Hill Town Center at 309 Genesee St. Bouck Real Estate represented CountryMax in the transaction. CountryMax Stores provides pet food and supplies, animal feed, lawn and garden items and a number of other rural lifestyle products.

PORTAGE, MICH. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.5 million sale of a 3,378-square-foot, net-leased property in Portage, located about 50 miles south of Grand Rapids. Glen Kunofsky, executive vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. Jonathan Dwoskin, also of Marcus & Millichap, assisted in closing the transaction. Wendy's occupies the property, which is located on a 1.4-acre parcel at 4301 W. Centre Ave. The restaurant signed a new 20-year, triple-net lease at closing.

LAKE GENEVA, WIS. — Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired to sell the 55,100-square-foot Geneva Commons shopping center in Lake Geneva, about 50 miles southwest of Milwaukee. The complex is fully preleased to tenants including TJ Maxx, Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts, DaVita Dialysis, Rue21, Kay Jewelers and Great Clips. The shopping center will open for business this fall. Geneva Commons is located on 8.1 acres near the intersection of U.S. Route 12 and Highway 50. Guy Ponticiello, Maury Vanden Eykel and Matthew Berres of Jones Lang LaSalle will market the property.

WATERTOWN, MASS. — A joint venture between Boylston Properties, The Wilder Cos. and Jonathan Bush Jr. of athenahealth Inc. has acquired the 225,000-square-foot Arsenal Mall and the adjacent Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates building in Watertown, a suburb of Boston. Simon Property Group Inc. sold the property located on Arsenal Street. Tenants at Arsenal Mall include Sports Authority, Old Navy, Marshalls, Gap Outlet, Forever 21, Chipotle, Bath & Body Works, Ann Taylor Factory Store and Victoria’s Secret.
