Mike Melody and Jimmy Board arranged the 3-year loan through Bank of America on behalf of CDK Realty Advisors.
SAN ANTONIO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Comfort Suites Alamo Downs, a 75-room hotel at 8021 Alamo Down Pkwy. in San Antonio. The seller, a financial institution, foreclosed on the property in July. Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap's Austin office and Chris Gomes of the firm's Dallas office represented the buyer, a private investor.
AUSTIN — Linsalata Realty Services has brokered the sale of the 49,200-square-foot Granada Self Storage, a self-storage facility located at 201 W. Stassney Ln. in Austin. A-A-A Storage Stassney, LLC, purchased the property with financing from Amplify Credit Union. The facility includes 576 self storage units and a five-bay car wash. Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty brokered the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
PASADENA — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of two multifamily properties totaling 982 units in Pasadena, which was part of a $70.9 million multifamily portfolio consisting of properties in Texas and Florida. Jeffrey Meyer of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa, Fla., office represented the seller, a Tampa Bay-based private investor, in the transaction. Sean Shahar Ziv of Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office represented the buyer, a California-based investment firm.
ODESSA — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $8.4 million sale of the 148,006-square-foot Town and Country Shopping Center, located at 2723 N. Grandview Ave. in Odessa. The property was 92 percent leased to tenants including Jason's Deli, World Gym, Tuesday Morning and Harmony School at the time of the sale. Jerry Goldstein of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office represented the seller, a financial institution, in the transaction.
HOUSTON — Vigavi Realty has acquired a 63,550-square-foot flex property, located at 5050 Westway Park Blvd. in the Beltway 8 Corporate Center in Houston. Mark Nicholas and Richard Quarles of Jones Lang LaSalle's Houston office represented the buyer in the transaction. Houston-based Central Management Inc. is now managing the property, which is 100 percent leased to national credit tenants.
HOUSTON — NorthMarq Capital has arranged $7.55 million in financing for the 70,642-square-foot Gulfgare Square Shopping Center, located at 6800 Gulf Freeway in Houston. David Mott of the NorthMarq's Dallas office arranged the financing through the Wells Fargo CMBS Platform.
ALVIN — Phoenix-based Cole Capital has purchased a 21,000-square-foot retail building that is fully leased to Office Depot, located at the corner of Highway 6 and Highway 35 Loop in Alvin, for $2.8 million. Hunter Jaggard of Stan Johnson Co.'s Houston office represented the seller, Houston-based Property Commerce, in the transaction. Cole Capital was self-represented by Carol Romney.
BEDFORD — Addison-based Legacy Alliance Holdings has acquired the 59,909-square-foot Bedford Meadows, a retail center located in Bedford. The property was 40 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Before the sale, the property's former owner, VFC Partners 7, foreclosed on a $3.85 million loan. Legacy was self-represented by Brad DeYoung in the transaction, and Nelson Somerville of Southlake-based Vaughn Commercial Realty represented the undisclosed seller.
