IRVING — BMC Capital has provided $2.97 million in refinancing a maturing CMBS loan for the 113-unit Irving Oaks Apartments, located at 1928 Rock Island Rd. in Irving. Barrett Linburg of BMC Capital's Dallas office arranged the 10-year loan with a 30-year amortization schedule.

DALLAS — CyrusOne has plans to reposition a 700,000-square-foot property that it owns on a 30-acre parcel of land in the suburb north of Dallas to become the largest data center facility in Texas. CyrusOne plans to construct the facility to provide 400,000 square feet of raised floor data center space and 60,000 square feet of office space. The new facility will be constructed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
MAGNOLIA — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.7 million sale of the 13,013-square-foot Magnolia Plaza, a retail center located at 18602 FM 1488 in Magnolia. James Bell of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction.
SAN MARCOS — NAI REOC Austin has brokered the sale of a 64,733-square-foot industrial property, located at 1000 Civic Center Loop in San Marcos. Jerry Heare of NAI REOC Austin, along with Garrett Gibson of Houston-based Gibson & Granello, represented the buyer, Houston-based DCV Development, in the transaction. The seller was SH Leggitt Co.
HOUSTON — Jones Lang LaSalle has arranged the lease of 21,688 square feet of industrial space, located at 2030 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. in Houston. Jarret Venghaus of Jones Lang LaSalle's Houston office represented the tenant, EIS Office Solutions, in the lease transaction. Ed Bane of Holt Lunsford Commercial's Houston office represented the landlord, Real Associates Fund VI.
DALLAS — Wood Partners has plans to commence construction of the 207-unit Alta West Davis, a low-rise apartment community located at 1836 W. Davis St. in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. Wood Partners is pursuing LEED-Silver certification on the project. The property will feature a fitness center, resort pool and bike shop with storage space, and selected units will feature faux wood and iPod docking stations with in-wall speakers. Wood Construction is the general contractor for the development and Good, Fulton & Farrell is the architectural firm. Construction is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2013.
DALLAS — Dallas-based Roofing Supply Group, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, has acquired Seattle-based Intermountain Supply. Roofing Supply has 58 branches across 23 states and is expanding its presence into the Pacific Northwest with its acquisition of Intermountain Supply.
IRVING — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $4.27 million sale of the 168-unit Britain Way, a multifamily property located at 1954 Shoaf Dr. in Irving. The buyer, a local developer, was awarded tax credits through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, which allows the buyer to invest approximately $70,000 per unit in improvements. The renovation is slated for a December 2012 completion, and the financing for project was arranged by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Al Silva of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office represented the seller, a Texas-based partnership, and procured the buyer in the transaction.
IRVING — Libitzky Holding has purchased a 127,709-square-foot office building, located at 1212 Corporate Dr. in Irving. Gary Carr, Eric Mackey and Robert Hill of CBRE's Dallas office represented the seller, American National Bank, in the transaction.
CARROLLTON — Dallas-based CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners has brokered the sale of a 6,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 1800 Trinity Valley in Carrollton. The buyer, BKTN Development plans to use half the facility for its offices and the other half for storage. David Tuttle of CASE's Fort Worth office represented the buyer in the transaction. Joe Longest with Dallas-based Joe Longest Co. represented the seller, Metroplex General Assembly Hall.
