HOUSTON — The Finial Group has been selected to provide leasing services for 3120 Southwest Freeway, a six-story, 90,000-square-foot office building in the Greenway Plaza submarket of Houston. Finial Group’s Keith Bilski, Neil Martin and Ben Debayle will handle the project’s leasing services.
HOUSTON — Griffin Partners has facilitated leases throughout the Houston area, including: Patrick Henry Creative Promotions, Inc. has leased 10,161 square feet of office space at the 1177 West Loop South Building. Griffin Partners owns the space and was represented in house by Chris Lewis. Steve Cumley of Pete Stewart Properties represented Patrick Henry Creative Promotions. Sandefer Oil and Gas Co. has extended its 1,809-square-foot lease at 5300 Memorial Dr. Griffin Partners’ Travis Taylor represented Sandefer and McKenzie Followwill of Parkway Realty represented the landlord, Parkway Hancock Texas. Willibey Design Associates and Dodson and Daughter Interior Design have renewed their 1,123-square-foot lease at 675 Bering Dr. Taylor represented Griffin Partners, which owns and operates the location. MCKINNEY — Atlanta-based ARA has brokered the sale of The Chateau, a 202-unit senior living community in McKinney, to Holiday Retirement. The three-story community was built in 2006 and renovated in 2010. ARA’s Ryan Maconachy and Chad Lavender represented the seller, ES McKinney.
ARLINGTON and IRVING — Bradford Real Estate Services has facilitated the following leasing activity: New York Air Brake Corp. has leased 50,200 square feet of flex industrial space at 5201 Regent Blvd. in the Freeport Corporate Center 2. The space came equipped with 30,000 square feet of existing office space. Bradford’s Jim Ferris negotiated an 8-year lease with office improvements and a 7,000-square-foot buildout for New York Air Brake’s demo/showroom area. Mitch Pruitt represented the landlord, Denver-based ProLogis, in house. The space was previously occupied by GE Aviation. Invacare Corp. has leased 63,626 square feet of office/warehouse space at 3460 Watson Rd. in Arlington. HOUSTON — Global Chemliquidation has leased two freestanding industrial buildings totaling 28,838 square feet in Houston. The buildings sit on 1.8 acres at 198 Hirsch Rd. Clay Pritchett of Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. represented the landlord, 1114, Ltd., in the transaction.

HIGHLAND VILLAGE — Soma Intimates and Megan’s Lifestyle Boutique have leased space in Regency Centers’ The Shops at Highland Village in Highland Village. Soma, an intimate apparel store, has leased 2,793 square feet and is set for an August opening. Megan’s has leased 2,000 square feet and is slated for an October opening. The Shops, located at the intersection of FM 2499 & FM 407, is a 352,000-square-foot mixed-use center anchored by AMC 12 Theatres and Barnes & Noble Booksellers. Other tenants include Ann Taylor, Bath & Body Works and Banana Republic. Soma went forward without brokerage representation, and Jim Hanking of Legend Realty Services represented Megan’s in the transaction.
THE WOODLANDS — Webber, an infrastructure construction company, has leased 19,189 square feet of office space at 9303 New Trails in The Woodlands. The transaction marks Webber moving its headquarters to the newly leased space. SOUTHLAKE — Mike and Nicole Tesoriero, owners of Southlake Style magazine, have purchased an office building at 260 Miron Dr. in the Miron Grove Office Park in Southlake. Miron Grove Office Park has five existing buildings ranging from 3,200 to 5,900 square feet. The site will be the new home for Southlake Style, which won Southlake’s small business of the year in 2006.
