AUSTIN — HFF has facilitated refinancing for the 184-unit Waters Edge Apartments, a multifamily property located at 12330 Metric Blvd. in Austin. The property is comprised of seven buildings and features a two-story fitness pavilion, resort-style pool, business center and entertainment room. Waters Edge is currently 95 percent occupied. Cortney Cole of HFF's Houston office arranged the 7-year loan through Freddie Mac on behalf of the borrower, Houston-based Venterra Realty.

MIDLAND, SAN ANTONIO AND NEW BRAUNFELS — Hendricks & Partners has brokered the sale of the 1,040-unit Vantage portfolio, a four-property acquisition including Vantage at Midland in Midland, Vantage at Schertz in San Antonio, Vantage at New Braunfels in New Braunfels and Vantage at Converse in San Antonio. Mke Miller, Chris Ross and Will Caruth of Hendricks & Partners' San Antonio office represented the seller in the transaction. SAN ANTONIO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Comfort Suites Alamo Downs, a 75-room hotel at 8021 Alamo Down Pkwy. in San Antonio. The seller, a financial institution, foreclosed on the property in July. AUSTIN — Linsalata Realty Services has brokered the sale of the 49,200-square-foot Granada Self Storage, a self-storage facility located at 201 W. Stassney Ln. in Austin. A-A-A Storage Stassney, LLC, purchased the property with financing from Amplify Credit Union. The facility includes 576 self storage units and a five-bay car wash. Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty brokered the transaction on behalf of the buyer.

PASADENA — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of two multifamily properties totaling 982 units in Pasadena, which was part of a $70.9 million multifamily portfolio consisting of properties in Texas and Florida. Jeffrey Meyer of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa, Fla., office represented the seller, a Tampa Bay-based private investor, in the transaction. The property was 92 percent leased to tenants including Jason's Deli, World Gym, Tuesday Morning and Harmony School at the time of the sale. HOUSTON — Vigavi Realty has acquired a 63,550-square-foot flex property, located at 5050 Westway Park Blvd. in the Beltway 8 Corporate Center in Houston. Mark Nicholas and Richard Quarles of Jones Lang LaSalle's Houston office represented the buyer in the transaction. Houston-based Central Management Inc. is now managing the property, which is 100 percent leased to national credit tenants.
