The center is located at 802 Buchanan Blvd. Notable tenants include Radio Shack, Great Clips, The UPS Store and Anytime Fitness. The seller, GMACCM Note #802, LLC, represented itself in this transaction.

MIAMI — Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds has plans to build the 235,000-square-foot Fontainebleau Park Plaza, a Walmart-anchor neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of West Flagler Street and SW 92nd Avenue in Miami's Flagler Corridor. Rod Castan of Courtelis Co. is the leasing agent for the project. Construction is slated to begin in the second half of 2012.
WAKE FOREST, N.C. — A 6,468-square-foot retail property, located at 11735 Retail Drive in Wake Forest, has sold for $1.35 million. Sam DiFranco of Cresa represented the buyer, Buffalo Brothers Properties, in the transaction. Marlene Spritzer of Spritzer Commercial Properties represented the seller, Texas Steak Ltd. The property will be the third Buffalo Brothers restaurant located in the Triangle.
DUBLIN, OHIO — Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the $5 million sale of The Shops at Avery in Dublin. The property is fully leased and tenants include Huntington National Bank, FedEx and Caribou Coffee. The center is located near I-270 and is just minutes from downtown Dublin. Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the sellers in the transaction. The buyers were a local private group.
DEDHAM, MASS. — Lucy Dedham LLC has purchased a CVS/pharmacy site at 945-947 Providence Highway in Dedham for $14 million. The property includes a newly constructed, 12,900-square-foot CVS/pharmacy, along with a Sovereign Bank branch. David Ross of NAI Hunneman represented the buyer in the transaction. Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, Nissan Realty.
PHILADELPHIA — Le Crillon Philadelphia, a 16-unit apartment building with seven retail spaces, has sold for $14.8 million. The 41,757-square-foot property is located at 105 S. 18th St., one block from Rittenhouse Square, one of Philadelphia's five original parks. The rental units are approximately $3,900 per month. Ken Wellar, Corey Lonberger and Christopher Munley of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local, third-generation owner. Munley, Wellar, Londberger and Dean Zang of Marcus & Millichap also procured the buyer, a Manhattan-based retail property investor.
HOUSTON — Triple Tap Ventures, owner and operator of the Houston-area Alamo Drafthouse Cinema locations, has plans to bring two new locations to Houston in 2013. The first will open in early 2013 in the Vintage Park Shopping Village in northwest Houston. The shopping center is owned by Dunhill Partners. The second theater will be located at 2901 Louisiana St. in Houston's Midtown area on top of a three-story parking garage. The theater will feature a lobby bar with a panoramic view of Houston's skyline. In addition, Triple Tap has plans to close the older Alamo Drafthouse Cinema at West Oaks Mall this year.
LANCASTER, CALIF. – A 53,822-square-foot retail property located within the Lancaster Plaza has sold to 2429 Danalda and Kab Plaza LLC. It is located at 1006, 1022, 1030, 1060 E. Ave. J. The center was more than 82 percent leased at the time of sale. Fariba Kavian with NAI Capital’s West LA office represented the seller, LNR Properties, in this transaction.
SAN DIEGO — Camino Village Shopping Center in San Diego has sold to HP Investors for $5.25 million. The 34,602-square-foot center is located at 11255-79 Camino Ruiz and 11345-11347 Zapata. Both the buyer and the seller, LNR Partners, LLC, were represented by Richard Lebert, Mark McEwen, Matt Zimsky, Jon Busse and John Gross of Colliers International.
OMAHA — Agree Realty has sold a 30,000-square-foot property, which was once leased to Borders bookstore, in Omaha for $2.75 million. The buyer was undisclosed. Agree Realty Corp. has two other transactions pending on former Borders locations. Those sites are in Monroeville, Pa. and Columbus, Ohio.
