WILLINGBORO, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has arranged $4.8 million in permanent acquisition financing for a Walgreens drugstore in Willingboro. The 15,120-square-foot property was built in 2001. Joshua Lipsey of Marcus & Millichap's New Jersey office arranged the financing. The 9-year loan has a 30-year repayment schedule. Nat Gambuzza of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' New Jersey office secured the buyer, who acquired the property for $6 million.

DALLAS — Dallas-based Metropolitan Capital Advisors (MCA) has secured a $19.5 million permanent financing package with a CMBS lender to refinance the Sunwest Portfolio. The portfolio consists of 25 retail properties in eight states. Twenty of the properties are owned fee-simple and the rest have ground leases. Dallas-based Rainier Capital Management is the loan's sponsor and Dallas-based Emersons Commercial Management manages the properties. Sunny Sajnani of MCA arranged the loan with a 10-year fixed interest rate. The amortization schedule for the fee-simple properties are 30 years, while the ground lease properties have shorter amortization periods.
LONGWOOD, FLA. — A 62,198-square-foot auto dealership, located at 2925 N. Hwy. 17-92 in Longwood, has sold for $2.17 million. Bill Parke of Colliers International's Orlando, Fla., office represented the seller, FLTVT Dealership Property, in the transaction, and Sher Tolan of Orlando-based Southern Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Ramy Properties.
AUSTIN — The 477,102-square-foot Capital Plaza, a regional shopping center located at 400 N. Interstate 35 and Highway 290 in Austin, has recently added three national tenants to its merchant roster. Shepler's Western Wear has leased 25,269 square feet, Champs Sports leased 5,937 square feet and Anna's Linens leased 13,600 square feet. Michele Gary and Terri Twomey of The Weitzman Group's Austin office represented the shopping center in all three lease transactions. Daren Nix of Edge Realty Partners' Austin office represented Shepler's, Charlie Quisenberry of Austin-based Steve T. FORT WAYNE — America's Floor Source has signed a lease for 16,030 square feet at 5311 Distribution Dr. in Fort Wayne. Karen Spake and Carolyn Spake-Leeper of CBRE / Sturges represented the landlord, Wells Fargo Bank in the transaction. America's Floor Source operates carpet and flooring retail stores in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton and Indianapolis.
UTICA, N.Y. — Hannaford Plaza, a 189,218-square-foot shopping center in Utica, has sold for $14.1 million. The center is located at 1154 Mohawk St. and is co-anchored by grocer Hannaford Brothers Inc. and fashion chain Conway. Joseph French and Thomas Dalzell of Marcus & Millichap's White Plains, N.Y. office represented the seller, Hannaford Station Inc. They also represented the buyer, New York City-based Katz Properties Inc.
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS — Woodcrest LP has purchased the 33,000-square-foot Tarrant Parkway Plaza, a shopping center located at the intersection of North Tarrant Parkway and Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills. Eddie Liebman of The Weitzman Group's Dallas office represented the seller, LNR Partners, in the transaction.
LANCASTER — Dallas-based Hudson Peters Commercial has brokered the sale of a 18,301-square-foot retail center, located at 404 N. Interstate 35 in Lancaster. Michelle Hudson with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the buyer, a local investor, in the transaction. Jason Vitorino of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office represented the seller, Lancaster Venture No. One.
GREENVILLE, N.C. — Bonefish Grill and Dick's Sporting Goods have signed leases totaling 54,800 square feet at HJ Brody's 11 Galleria, located on Memorial Highway in Greenville. Bonefish Grill leased 4,800 square feet, and Dick's Sporting Goods leased 50,000 square feet. Both tenants are slated to open in the fall/winter 2012.
MINNETONKA, MINN. —Minnesota Tile & Stone plans to open a new, 40,000-square-foot facility in Minnetonka on April 2. The building is a tile and stone retail and fabrication facility. Alan Dale, company owner, paid $7 million to purchase and rebuild the property. Minneapolis-based Tanek Inc. designed the facility and RJ Ryan of Mendota Heights, Minn. handled the construction.
