MIAMI — Carlisle Development Group will hold a groundbreaking party Wednesday for the 467-unit Brownsville Transit Village affordable housing community. The $100 million, in-fill property, located at 5200 NW 27th Ave. in Miami, will be built in five phases on 5.8 acres. The property will be designed to achieve LEED certification; amenities will include a community center, a computer lab and an exercise room.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Replico Corp. has signed a 125,400-square-foot lease with M David Properties for the first of four buildings under construction at SilverLanding in Charlotte. The warehouse, located at 6800 Steele Creek, was designed by Wash Hatem Nelson Architects and features T-5 lighting, TPO reflective roof membranes and trailer storage. Cassidy Turley's Lane Holbert and Barb Jespersen, along with Ed Mendence of Sperry Van Ness, represented the tenant. Warren Snowdon and Ralph Oldham of Commercial Carolina represented the landlord.

Located at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Interstate 295 in Jacksonville, the property is anchored by Floor & Decor, Office Depot, Dollar General and Harbor Freight Tools. The three-story property is located in the Emerson Medical Plaza and is being leased to Shands Jacksonville. Shands will operate an imaging center on the first floor, and a women's center and doctors' offices are located on the second floor.
LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. — Banyan Tree Cos. has purchased a 91-room Country Inn & Suites from a lender for an undisclosed amount. The property is located off Interstate 20 near Six Flags Over Georgia in Lithia Springs. Hotel amenities include fitness and business centers, a 12-person meeting room, a game room and an indoor pool. Scott Stephens and Monty Levy of HREC Investment Advisors brokered the sale.
HAMPTON, VA. — Allen Management has sold a 72-room Econo Lodge in Hampton to a local investor group for an undisclosed amount. The buyer will operate the hotel as an independent brand. David Mumford and Brian McCutcheon of Mumford Co.'s Newport News, Va., office brokered the sale.
FLORIDA — Greensboro, N.C.-based Bell Partners has sold three shopping centers in Florida to three private parties for $24.77 million. The 70,070-square-foot Bayside Lakes is located in Palm Bay and is anchored by Publix. The other Publix anchored shopping center, Riverside Market Square, spans 42,448 square feet and is located in Jacksonville. The last store, the 50,000-square-foot Keystone Crossing, is located in Tampa and is anchored by a Sweetbay grocery store. CB Richard Ellis represented Bell Partners in the transactions.
FORT MILL, S.C. — Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. has purchased a 112,784-square-foot warehouse from an undisclosed party for $12.6 million. FedEx Ground Package System net leases the property, which is located at 3058 Lakemont Blvd. in Fort Mill. Porthaven Partners' Darren Sides represented the buyer.
