FORT STEWART, GA. — The Southeast Division of McCarthy Building Cos. has been selected by The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, as the construction manager for the renovation of Winn Army Hospital in Fort Stewart. The renovation, designed by Leo A Daly, includes a 65,000-square-foot addition and a 1,000-square-foot renovation to the existing hospital. The project will pursue LEED Silver certification. Construction will begin in July with estimated completion in December 2012.

PORT CHARLOTTE, FLA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 352-unit All Store Self Storage, located at 7001 Gasparilla Rd. in Port Charlotte, for $1.75 million. Michael Mele and Adam Wides of the firm's Tampa office represented the seller, a Washington, D.C.-based institutional owner, and procured the California-based buyer.

FRANKLIN, TENN. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $23 million sale of a two-building office building portfolio totaling 133,200 square feet, located at 1009 and 1021 Windcross Ct. in Franklin. Joseph Massa of the firm's Nashville, Tenn., office represented the seller, a local real estate partnership, and Drew Babcock and Scott Taylor of the firm's Columbia, S.C., office represented the buyer, Orlando, Fla.-based Windcross Realty.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $4.55 million sale of the 200-unit Millennium Pointe, located at 4255 Barwood Dr. in Orlando. FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 25,000-square-foot office building, located at 2727 W. Cypress Creek Rd. in Ford Lauderdale, for $2 million to Camelot Properties of Florida. Robert Listokin and Sal Bonsignore of Colliers International's Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller, the Miller Family, and Iris Riley of Fort Lauderdale-based Trans State Commercial Realty represented the buyer.
