FORSYTH COUNTY, GA. — Two companies have signed leases totaling more than 120,000 square feet in the 240,000-square-foot Shiloh 400 Business Center, developed by a joint venture between Charlotte, N.C.-based Crescent Resources and Dallas-based Cobalt Capital Partners. The three-building property is located on McFarland Road in Forsyth County. Atlanta-based Sciele Pharma has leased 84,704 square feet in Building 300, and Skyline Southeast will occupy 36,220 square feet in Building 200. Bucky Winfield and George Smeltzer of Atlanta-based Richard Bowers represented Skyline. Wit Truitt and Chip Watson of CB Richard Ellis’s Atlanta office represented Sciele, and the firm’s Pat Murphy represented the owners.

NORCROSS, GA. — Syiek Management Co. has sold a 39,550-square-foot office building to 225 Scientific LLC for $3.57 million. The property, located at 225 Scientific Dr. in Norcross, is fully leased to Think Resources. Norcross-based Lavista Associates’ Don Perry represented the seller.
MIAMI BEACH, FLA. — Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Moss & Associates has completed vertical construction on the 120-room Soho Beach House, a $33 million luxury hotel project in Miami Beach. The two-building property incorporates the former Sovereign Hotel on Collins Avenue. Hotel amenities include a spa, pools, restaurants and on-site retail. The project was designed by Miami-based Shulman + Associates.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Bulverde, Texas-based Noah’s Ark Development has completed the 94,000-square-foot Noah’s Ark Self Storage Balboa, located at 1015 N. Apopka-Vineland Rd. in Orlando. The property houses 645 self-storage units, 339 of which are climate controlled and 102 of which are humidity controlled. Features include easy-glide roll-up doors and digital video surveillance.
RALEIGH, N.C. — An undisclosed LLC based in Ohio has purchased the 89,224-square-foot Pincrest Pointe Shopping Center from an undisclosed North Carolina-based private partnership for $7 million. The property, located at the intersection of Leesville and Fairbanks roads in Raleigh, is 90 percent occupied. Food Lion, Fitness 19, Carolina Dance Studio and Manchester’s Restaurant are all housed in the center. W. Michael Bennett of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office and Andrew Margulies of the firm’s Charlotte, N.C., office brokered the sale.
FORT PIERCE, FLA. — Coral Springs, Fla.-based DooleyMack Constructors has completed the 62,000-square-foot Havert L. Fenn Center, located at 2000 Virginia Ave. in Fort Pierce, for St. Lucie County. The property will serve as a community recreation center and a hurricane shelter for the elderly. The Fenn Center was built with a triple gym to house NCAA events, four multipurpose rooms and offices. West Palm Beach, Fla.-based SchenkelShultz Architecture designed the $12.5 million property.
LAKE WORTH, FLA. — Richland, Mich.-based Straticon Construction Services has completed the 17,000-square-foot Fountains Country Club Tennis and Fitness Center at Fountains Country Club in Lake Worth. The new facility, which features a fitness center, a tennis pro shop and offices, is only phase one of the entire project. Phase two includes more than 50,000 square feet of additions and renovations to the property’s North Clubhouse. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Slattery and Associates provided design services.
LOUISVILLE, KY. — Blankenbaker Crossings Apartments has sold its 236-unit Class A apartment complex to an undisclosed buyer for $20.5 million. The complex is located in the Eastern suburbs of Louisville. Louisville-based Commercial Kentucky’s Craig Collins represented the seller.
MCCALLA, ALA. — DLC Management Corp. has purchased the 95,092-square-foot The Shoppes at Letson Farms from Centro Properties Group for $12.67 million. The property is located on 15.8 acres at 4750 Eastern Valley Rd. in McCalla. The center is 95 percent occupied by Food World, Movie Gallery, H&R Block, Subway and Curves. Whitney Knoll of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s Atlanta office and Brad Peterson and Justin Greider of the firm’s Coral Gables, Fla., office represented the seller.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Burkert Contromatics Corp. of Germany has leased 38,500 square feet in the Whitehall Tech Center from FORT Properties. The lease, which expires in 2014, expands Burkert’s current warehouse space by 22,500 square feet. The 204,900-square-foot center consists of two fully leased buildings located on Whitehall Park Drive in Charlotte. Bill Wood of Charlotte-based Trinity Partners Industrial Property Services represented the owner along with FORT Properties’ Robert Alter. Trinity’s Terry Brennan represented the lessee.
