EULESS, TEXAS — Automotive repair services provider Dents Dun Rite Inc. has signed a 5,280-square-foot industrial lease in Euless, located in the northern-central part of the metroplex. Jason Finch and Michael Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, an entity doing business as Euless Industrial LLC, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — Waste Connections US Inc. has signed an office lease renewal and expansion in The Woodlands, about 30 miles north of Houston. The publicly traded waste management company now occupies 116,817 square feet across five and a half floors at 3 Waterway Square, an 11-story building located within The Woodlands Town Center mixed-use development. Jason Whittington of Partners Real Estate represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Robert Parsley, Norman Munoz and Jillian Fredericks with Colliers represented the landlord, The Howard Hughes Corp.

BROKEN ARROW, OKLA. — JLL has arranged the sale of Prairie House, a 105-unit seniors housing property located in the Tulsa suburb of Broken Arrow. Prairie House was built in 2016 and features 73 assisted living units, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units, and 32 studio memory care units. Charles Bissell, Zach Brantley and Hope Brunner of JLL represented the seller, Prevarian Senior Living, in the transaction and procured the buyer, an entity doing business as TUL ALF 3 LLC. Legend Senior Living, an affiliate of the buyer, will operate the community. The price was not disclosed.

HOUSTON — General contractor Crest Builders has completed a 15,000-square-foot interior office renovation project in Houston for DECISIO Health, which provides platforms and solutions for aggregating data from electronic health records. Houston-based Griffin Partners owns the building at 520 Post Oak Blvd. Ware Malcomb designed the space. Edward Edson of Colliers represented DECISIO Health in the lease negotiations, and Jill Nesloney of Lee & Associates represented Griffin Partners.

RICHARDSON, TEXAS — Austin Circuit Design has relocated its office from the northeastern Dallas suburb of Garland to a 7,600-square-foot space in nearby Richardson. The new office is in Campbell Square, which totals 84,432 square feet and is located within Richardson IQ, a 1,200-acre innovation and tech hub. Maverick Commercial Real Estate owns Campbell Square.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — United Properties, a developer with offices in Colorado and Minnesota and Texas, has opened a new, 3,165-square-foot office on the 15th floor of Colorado Tower in downtown Austin. The company has relocated from 1617 W. Sixth St. Atlanta-based Cousins Properties owns Colorado Tower, which spans 373,000 square feet and offers amenities such as a fitness center, conference facility and onsite food-and-beverage options.

DALLAS — Dallas-based investment firm Elizabeth Property Group has purchased a portfolio of six affordable housing properties totaling 1,444 units in Texas. The properties are located in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Beaumont, Huntsville, Bryan-College Station and Wichita Falls. Elizabeth Property Group plans to renovate the properties by addressing deferred maintenance, painting and replacing unit floors and undertaking exterior landscape upgrades. Afterschool community programs will also be offered at each property. American South Fund Management provided acquisition financing for the deal. The seller was not disclosed.

SAN ANTONIO — Hunt Capital Partners has sold its ownership interest in Stonehouse Apartment Homes, a 248-unit affordable housing community in San Antonio, to the Mexican American Unity Council. The property, which is nearing the end of its compliance period, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, courtyard and onsite laundry facilities. The percentage of the interest and the sales price it commanded were both undisclosed.

HALTOM CITY, TEXAS — Third-party freight services provider Ryder Integrated Logistics has signed a 234,478-square-foot, full-building industrial lease at Northmark Commerce Center in the Fort Worth metro of Haltom City. The site spans 20 acres, and the cross-dock facility includes a 104-stall trailer drop lot. Brad Struck and Clint Manning of Cresa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Matt Carthey and George Jennings of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Creation Equity.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Self-storage brokerage firm Versal has arranged the sale of Stash N Go, a 100-unit facility located roughly eight miles outside of downtown Austin. The facility spans 14,150 net rentable square feet and was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster and Hugh Horne of Versal represented the seller, an Austin-based entity doing business as Libertas Obsido LLC, in the transaction. The team also procured the undisclosed, Miami-based buyer.
