MCALLEN, TEXAS — Partners Capital, the investment arm of Partners Real Estate, has acquired a 41,041-square-foot shopping center in McAllen. Colonnade of McAllen was built in 2004 and was fully leased at the time of sale to a mix of service-oriented tenants. Andrew Pappas and Carson Grett led the transaction for Partners on an internal basis. Micha van Marcke of Edge Realty Partners represented the undisclosed seller.
