DALLAS — PGIM has signed a 16,479-square-foot office lease in Uptown Dallas. The New Jersey-based asset manager is taking space on the 11th floor of 23Springs, a newly constructed, 26-story building, Rachel Gorney and Scott Hage of JLL represented PGIM, which plans to take occupancy next spring, in the lease negotiations. Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman and Elizabeth Fortado internally represented the landlord, Granite Properties, which owns the building in partnership with Highwoods Properties.
