The building is located at 2778-2788 Pomona Blvd. Lite Cruise was represented by CBRE’s Kent Stalwick. The seller, Fluoresco Lighting & Signs, was represented by Mark White and Todd Launchbaugh of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office.
