Poole Properties Divests of Multi-Tenant Retail Property in Corona del Mar, California, for $13.7M

CORONA DEL MAR, CALIF. — Poole Properties (formerly John Poole Radio Properties) has divested of a retail property at located at 2515 E. Coast Highway in Corona del Mar. Shops at CDM LLC acquired the asset for $13.7 million. The property features 13,883 square feet of multi-tenant retail space. Nathan Holthouser of Coastal Commercial and Ron Duong of Marcus & Millichap handled the transaction.
