VICTORVILLE, CALIF. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of Victorville Pavilion, a multi-tenant retail property at 14190 Bear Valley Road in Victorville. A private investor sold the asset to a San Diego-based private investor for $6.1 million. Built in 2004, Victorville Pavilion features 11,618 square feet of fully occupied retail space. Current tenants include T-Mobile, OneMain Financial, Armed Forces Career Center and Joe Orthodontics.
Lance Mordachini of Progressive Real Estate represented the seller, while Vince Provenzano and Michael Sikorski of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the buyer in the deal.
