PROVO, UTAH — PSRS has arranged $6.3 million in refinancing for a self-storage facility in Provo. The 130,510 rentable square-foot property offers 725 self-storage units that were 65 percent occupied at the time of refinancing. William DeFanti of PSRS secured the financing, which delivers significant cash-out proceeds alongside a 30-year amortization schedule. The borrower was undisclosed.
