GRANBURY, TEXAS —The multifamily arm of local developer Realty Capital has broken ground on Lofts at Lakeview, a 289-unit apartment complex that will be located in Granbury, about 40 miles southwest of Fort Worth. The property will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom across four buildings. Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, resident clubhouse, coworking space, a sky lounge and outdoor grilling and dining stations. Origin Bank is financing construction of the project, which is slated for an early 2028 completion.
